1. Electronic Consent Terms
By submitting your phone number and selecting the consent checkbox on Multi Plan Insurance's plan comparison forms, you provide your express electronic signature authorizing Multi Plan Insurance and its network of partner licensed insurance advisors to contact you regarding Medicare Advantage, Medigap, and Part D plan information.
Communications may occur via phone calls, automated dialers, artificial voice technology, and SMS text messages to the wireless number provided.
2. No Purchase Required
Providing telephonic consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any insurance policy, product, or service. You may request a free quote without providing electronic calling consent by emailing hello@multiplaninsurance.com.
3. Revocation & Opt-Out Instructions
You may revoke your consent at any time through any of the following methods:
- Replying "STOP" to any SMS text message received from Multi Plan Insurance.
- Sending an opt-out email to hello@multiplaninsurance.com specifying your phone number.
- Informing the representative verbally during any phone call.
